LAKE ARROWHEAD, San Bernardino County — November 4, 2026. A director election in the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District is among the closest local contests in the county’s overnight returns. In Division 5, Ben Naraghi leads Eric Chappell by just three votes.
Division 5: 221 to 218
The county registrar’s 2 a.m. election report lists Ben Naraghi 221 votes (50.34%) and Eric Chappell 218 (49.66%), with only 8 of 14 precincts reported in the division. A margin of three votes is too small to support any conclusion about a final winner.
Divisions 2 and 3
In Division 2, Jacqueline Brown holds 283 votes (60.99%) to Paul Bayer Burney’s 180 (38.79%), with 6 of 7 precincts reported. In Division 3, Robin T. Harrison has 187 (43.69%), Michelle Ambrozic 133 (31.07%) and William Leach 107 (25.00%), with 8 of 11 precincts reported.
What local voters should know
These contests select representatives by Lake Arrowhead Community Services District division; they are not townwide mayoral races. The CSD is a different entity from the Rim of the World Recreation and Park District, which also has a ballot measure this election.
The quoted figures are from San Bernardino County’s 2 a.m. November 4, 2026, unofficial Summary Report #4. More eligible mail, provisional and signature-cure ballots can be counted later; no result in this story is certified. Check the official registrar’s returns for new votes.
